Tho, I will say it's funny how some people's views on acquisitions have changed since this time last year.On June 11 of 2020, PlayStation fans were treated to a series of major announcements in the PS5 Future of Gaming showcase. And that's not just in relation to Xbox if the game was in some way planned for Switch and Sony acquired Ember Lab, they would most likely shelve that version as well.īut you all already know I'm not into this acquisition speculation stuff anyway I just wait for an outright confirmation from the source itself if something's gone through or not, and go from there, generally positively. Maybe, but Sony generally don't give off the vibe they'd play that way. That's probably true, but at most it'd just tell us Ember Lab is a private company. What does that have to do with Ember Lab though? Needless to say, Kena has nowhere near the brand power or relevance of FFVII Remake to warrant Sony looking to PC as a competitor to consider Kena as a timed exclusive in comparison to that ecosystem. They do not view PC as a competitor generally speaking, and don't unless it's VERY specific singular instances, like with Final Fantasy VII Remake. And in the way Sony particularly focused on timed exclusivity deals, they do so in the context of other video game consoles, i.e in comparison with Xbox and/or Switch. You don't need contracts signed showing obligation to release on other platforms, but again if you're signing a timed exclusive deal, the logical thought is to conclude that the game is set to eventually arrive on other platforms. Otherwise you wouldn't refer to it as a timed exclusive, it'd just be an exclusive. If you sign a timed exclusivity deal, it's 99% usually because it has intent to be released on other platforms, and you want a window to keep it exclusively on your platform and in your ecosystem. IIRC the game is still slated to come to other platforms sometime next early next year, I would be surprised if this spot in a short advert was indicative of any purchase because that'd also likely mean Sony cutting out said other platforms for getting a game it'd otherwise receive, and that would upset a decent bit of folks considering such a pre-existing deal is honored in other instances (i.e Psychonauts 2, Deathloop etc.). Apparently Sony want to improve relations with indie devs, so if they only have enough to slot two games and Miles may've been redundant due to No Way Home, pick Kena and kill two birds with one stone. So I figure they'd want to showcase gaming exclusives that would fit the bill, and of those their best choices are Rachet, Kena and Miles Morales. That said, I highly doubt it's a sign of any acquisition that clip was focused on Sony as a whole and with a lot of filmic/cinematic properties. It's kind of illegal to tease an acquisition unless the deal has already been signed, is it not? It's very hard to see if Ember Lab is a public or private company, but if they're public, and this is some way to tease an acquisition, then we'd of seen something reflected in their stock prices prior to this.

So, you can make your favorite frozen dessert or smoothies with high consistency even if it’s your first time. In addition to that, Vitamix 750 does support automated blending, with up to five preprogrammed settings. Hence, easier to fit the whole blender (base + container + lid) under most kitchen cabinets. This results in a dramatic noise reduction- up to 7 decibels. Vitamix 750 has a redesigned motor base, featuring additional vibration dampening technology and enhanced airflow management. Of course, it didn’t address all the issues but the main ones were no more. As mentioned in the previous Vitamix 7500 vs 750 review post, the blender came to solve some of the issues from the 5200 C-series. In 2012, the Vitamix Pro 750 was the new talk to the blending enthusiasts. So, you can work on small and medium batches with optimal efficiency. Speaking of grinding, Vitamix E310 comes with a short, narrow 48-ounce blending container. Not only can you make silky smoothies and juices, but also achieve hot soups, nut butter, frozen desserts, and grind flours or powders. Regardless, the blender is like every other countertop Vitamix when it comes to performance. It doesn’t even have the capacitive controls, Bluetooth, or NFC technology that the engineers introduced to the four Ascent blenders. The blender lineup comprises of two products, E310 and E320 that Vitamix released in 2017, several months after Ascent Series.ĭespite being a later model, though, Vitamix E310 didn’t come with any fancy or new feature/s. "If you're cooking something on the stove, you can stick your immersion blender right into the pot without having to transfer it to a blender," which can save you time and energy, and is a much safer method than moving potentially hot and dangerous liquids - an especially big benefit if you've got kids and pets running around.Īs it is with every kitchen, immersion blenders come in various makes and models to suit your needs. So, what exactly is an immersion blender, and how does it differ from traditional blenders, or hand mixers and stand mixers, for that matter? "An immersion blender is great for pureeing liquidy ingredients totally smooth, like soups and sauces," says chef and food editor Lizzy Briskin. Whether or not you're whipping up five-star meals each night, immersion blenders are often the defining line between a good and a great dish. Due to its versatility and ease of use in the kitchen, immersion blenders are not only renowned for their size - think of how small they are in comparison to bulky traditional blenders - but also their shocking power, all found within the palm of your hand. In the age of endless kitchen gadgets, the handheld immersion blender has truly stood the test of time, first debuting in Switzerland in 1950. With a new film on the way, Asteroid City, social media is now sure to be flooded with more attempts at Anderson mimicry. This was started by Ava Williams, who posted a video of a train journey on TikTok with the line “You better not be acting like you’re in a Wes Anderson film when I get there”. In recent months, a new trend has sprung up on social media where people are romanticising the everyday in the style of Anderson’s films. For instance, a Milanese metro train is Andersonian in its symmetrical design, pastel blue walls and bright yellow handrails. The Instagram page Accidentally Wes Anderson, which was founded in 2017, became incredibly popular for its photographs of real-life places that coincidentally fit the aesthetics of a Wes Anderson film. This visual-led approach to cinema has spawned many fans who seek out the Anderson look everywhere in life. This approach began for Anderson the moment he had Margot (Gwyneth Paltrow) step off the Green Line bus in his third film The Royal Tenenbaums (2001). The Memphis era ended around 1997 and was succeeded by the Y2K era, although some malls and commercial establishments continued to have this look until the 2010s, when they were redesigned in a Minimalist fashion. During the early-mid-1990s, another aesthetic known as Global Village Coffeehouse became popular, overlapping with Memphis in some aspects. The aesthetic peaked around 1988 to 1993 with Saved by the Bell and the introduction of the jazz drinking cup style. The Early 1980s had leftover 1970s aesthetics focusing on "Earth tones" like brown, beige, and orange, or in the UK where the New Romantic was the dominant aesthetic, but by 1984–85 the Memphis pastels had begun to influence pop culture more widely with the premiere of Miami Vice. However, take note that this defrosting method poses a slightly higher risk of bacterial growth. If you want to defrost your milk faster, you can submerge it in a basin of cold water. Just take the frozen organic milk out of the freezer and transfer it to the refrigerator. How to Defrost Frozen Horizon Organic Milk? Refrigerationįrozen Horizon Organic Milk is best defrosted in the fridge compared to room temperature to minimize bacterial growth risks. Though some people do not have any problem freezing milk in its original cardboard container, they admit that the carton will surely expand when it freezes. Make sure to keep your milk constantly frozen at 0° F. You won’t be happy to have a cup of fishy-smelling milk, right? Step 2 – Put it in the freezer Milk can absorb the odor or flavor of other neighboring foods in the freezer. Make sure to keep your milk away from other foods like fish, meats, and foods with a strong odor. Filling the container to the fullest may leak or even burst. And second, liquid like milk will expand when you freeze it. Make sure to leave at least half an inch headspace at the top. Or, you can transfer everything in one container if you prefer it that way.
